Hello WHS Students and Families,
Winter Formal is here! ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ticket Sales are EXTENDED to Monday December 8th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. No tickets will be sold or processed after this date and time.

Student Tickets:

1. Go to the online student store which can be found on the WHS website (whs.wusd.org).  Or go to the link here: https://whs-store.myschoolcentral.com/

2. Log in with your account. The account will be the same one you used to purchase ASB stickers, senior parking spots, Homecoming dance tickets, etc.. If you are having trouble with your account, use a computer rather than a mobile device, try any and all possible emails as the user name, and consider whether or not you have a family or student account.  If you receive a message "no student found", the student should stop by B124 for help at Break of Lunch asap.

3. Click on the Winter Formal 2025 icon.

4. Read and review the dance contract. Buying a ticket will show that you agree to its contents.

5. Follow the rest of the instructions on the website to purchase the ticket.

6. If you purchased an ASB sticker, the discount will be applied at checkout. 

Guest Tickets:

1. Follow the same steps as above to get to the online student store.

2. Once at the student store, click on the Guest Ticket Winter Formal 2025 icon

3. Read and review the dance contract. Buying a ticket will show that you and your guest agree to its contents. 

4. Print the Guest Contract. Have your family and your guest's family fill out the guest contract. If your guest is a student, have their school administrator fill out Section C of the guest contract. If your guest is not a student, disregard Section C. 

5. When the full guest contract is completed, the guest school administrator (or the WHS student if the guest is not a student) should email it to:  whsdanceguestcontract@wusd.org

6. Once the guest contract is approved (you will receive email verification), follow the rest of the instructions in the student store to purchase the ticket.  Guest tickets cannot be purchased without prior approval - the purchase will not be processed until you have received approval of the submitted guest contract.

Please note: Guests are anyone who is not a WHS student, and who are between 9th grade and 19 years old.
